Terms of Service — Wrapaper LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wrapaper ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wrapaper is a project management and business operations platform designed for installation companies, contractors, and service businesses. The Service includes features for project tracking, client management, invoicing, team coordination, and integration with third-party services such as QuickBooks and Stripe.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
Maintain the security of your password and account.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe the rights of others.
Transmit harmful, threatening, or objectionable content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

5.1 Artificial Intelligence Features

Some features of the Service are powered by artificial intelligence. They are described, together with the data they process, in our Privacy Policy.

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is a tool to assist you, not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you rely on it or act on it.

AI features do not make business decisions. Decisions about pricing, approvals, payments, and commitments are made by a person. We do not warrant that AI features will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or withdraw them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on AI output. This is subject to our Limitation of Liability section below.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wrapaper LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Wrapaper LLC offers an optional SMS text-messaging program sent from our U.S. toll-free number +1 (833) 849-2014. By providing your phone number through our SMS opt-in form or by submitting it in your account, you consent to receive recurring transactional and informational text messages from Wrapaper at that number, including appointment and meeting reminders, project status and installation updates, task assignments for installers and subcontractors, account security alerts, two-factor authentication codes, and replies from customer support.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, with an average of up to 10 messages per month per user. Message and data rates may apply. Wrapaper does not charge you for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us; we will send a single confirmation SMS and then stop sending messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@wrapaper.com.

Wrapaper will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

                Information sharing with subcontractors that support our
                services (such as our SMS delivery provider Twilio) is
                permitted solely to deliver the messages you have opted in
                to receive. All other use case categories exclude text

                information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrapaper LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
