SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In

1. About Wrapaper LLC

Wrapaper LLC is a U.S.-based company that provides project management, scheduling, and installation coordination services for the vehicle wrap, signage, and graphics industry. Our website is https://wrapaper.com and our support email is support@wrapaper.com.

This page describes our SMS (text message) program, how end users opt in to receive messages from us, the types of messages we send, and how to stop receiving them.

2. Program description

Wrapaper LLC operates a transactional and conversational SMS program sent from our U.S. toll-free number +1 (833) 849-2014. Messages are sent to customers, subcontractors (installers), and team members who have explicitly opted in to receive them.

Appointment, meeting, and installation reminders
Project status updates and job-site notifications
Task assignments and schedule changes for installers
Two-factor authentication codes and account security alerts
Replies from our customer support team to your inquiries
Payment confirmations and invoice reminders

Sample messages

Wrapaper: Reminder — your install at 1500 Main St is scheduled for Tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply.

Wrapaper: Your verification code is 482910. Do not share this code. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Wrapaper: Invoice #INV-1042 for $1,250.00 is now available. View and pay: https://wrapaper.com/pay/abc123. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

3. How users opt in

End users provide consent to receive SMS messages through one of the following explicit opt-in methods. No phone number is ever added to our SMS program without affirmative consent from the owner of that number.

a) Web opt-in form (this site)

The user navigates to https://wrapaper.com/sms-consent (the interactive opt-in form) or to this page.
The user enters their full name, email, and mobile phone number.
The user checks an unchecked-by-default consent box that reads:
“By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Wrapaper LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
The user submits the form. The consent record (name, email, phone, timestamp, user-agent, IP) is stored in our sms_consents database table as proof of opt-in.
The user receives a welcome message:
Wrapaper: You're subscribed to Wrapaper project notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

b) In-app opt-in (customer onboarding)

When a Wrapaper customer creates an account or signs a digital service agreement, they are presented with a section labeled “SMS notifications” containing the same consent language shown above.
The user checks an unchecked-by-default consent box to opt in. The phone number on file is then enrolled and the consent event is logged with timestamp and source.

c) Subcontractor / installer onboarding

Subcontractors invited to Wrapaper complete a public capabilities survey at https://wrapaper.com/survey/capabilities/<token>.
The survey includes an unchecked consent box authorizing Wrapaper to send job assignments and schedule changes via SMS to the phone number provided.

We do not buy, rent, share, or sell phone numbers. We do not import lists. Every phone number in our SMS program was provided directly by its owner together with an explicit consent action.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, with an average of up to 10 messages per month per user.

5. Pricing

Message and data rates may apply. Wrapaper LLC does not charge you for SMS messages, but standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details.

6. Opt-out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive any additional SMS messages from Wrapaper unless you opt in again.

Wrapaper: You have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

7. Help (HELP)

If you need help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@wrapaper.com.

8. Carriers & delivery

The Wrapaper SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy & data sharing

                
                    No mobile information will be shared with third parties
                    or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
                
                Information sharing with subcontractors who support our
                services (such as our SMS delivery provider Twilio or our
                customer-service tools) is permitted solely to deliver the
                messages you have opted in to receive. All other use case
                categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and
                consent; this information will not be shared with any third
                parties.
